Forza Forni is pleased to announce its representation of Friulco SRL in the USA. Founded in 1984 in Maniago, Italy, Friulco SRL is the premier designer and manufacturer of dough handling equipment for the artisanal pizza industry. The company is committed to innovative design and extremely durable equipment standards for this labor-intensive niche.

Friulco designs and manufactures equipment that reduces the most labor-intensive aspects of artisanal dough production, while maintaining an elevated dough quality. Forza Forni will be conducting live demonstrations of the Friulco product line at the Mid-America Restaurant Expo 2020 in Columbus, Ohio, and the International Pizza Expo 2020 in Las Vegas, NV. Friulco products are also available for demonstration upon appointment at the Forza Forni test kitchen in Brewster, NY.
