Features – A rotating floor that bakes two 12″ pizzas, steaks, fish, veggies, or flatbreads that all bake themselves, and has four wheels.
ANGOLARE OVEN
80 – The original Neapolitan pizza oven.
Features – The original Acunto Angolare shape is the original design initially conceived by the Acunto family. The Carrara marble landing is quarried from the same mine that provided marble for Michaelangelo’s “David” sculpture.
CIRCOLARE OVEN
80 – The original Neapolitan pizza oven in a sophisticated shape.
Features – The perfectly cylindrical form gives this oven a footprint that is perfect for cater-corner placement. The cantilivered Carrara marble gives just enough space to hold a plate or pizza from the oven.
VESUVIO OVEN
80 – The original Neapolitan pizza oven, in the shape of the volcanic Mount Vesuvius.
Features – Inspired by the famous Vesuvius volcano that towers over the Bay of Naples, this dramatic shape is sure to impress. The Carrara marble is a white or blue-gray marble mined for millenia in the town of Carrara in Tuscany, Italy.
APPIANI TILE
Founded in 1873, this Venetian, high-end tile is made through dry-pressing. Precious Italian enamels and clays are ground and then joined together by co-penetration. The final product is extremely resistant to blows, abrasion and heat – incredibly durable and perfect for Forza Forni ovens.
